I work with insurance and out-of-network benefits…

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO/ Blue Choice PPO, United Healthcare, and select Aetna PPO Plans. I can supply a superbill for those out-of-network of these plans looking to use your benefits. I also offer limited sliding fee options on an as-needed basis.

Out-of-pocket sessions are $200 for the initial intake session and $190 relational therapy and $170 individual therapy for each subsequent session. Sessions last 50-55 minutes.

It is recommended you check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage specifics related to your deductible, copay, or coinsurance. I can offer an In Good Faith Estimate for those paying out-of-pocket or sliding fee to understand costs.

Cancellation Policy: I prioritize holding space for everyone I see. Your appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. When you do not give the necessary notice to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, I am unable to offer it to others as an opportunity to be seen. Please note that sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice will result in a $160 fee that is not covered by insurance.
